AK4490 DAC
The AK4490 DAC is a new generation Premium 32-bit 2ch DAC, which can playback up to DSD256 and up to 384kHz together with I2SoverUSB board.
Configuration from PCM to DSD data format and back, is done by additional microcontroller, which 0.5sec after his work is done, is putted on sleep mode not to insert disturbances. Five different digital filters types can be selected by one of the control boards. There are also three different Sound Quality settings, volume control. The AK4490 baord has diferential outputs.
Two types of control boards - first one with LED indicator, second one with LCD indicator. Using one of those two boards one can select the desired setting of the AK4490 DAC.
Two types of filter boards. First one is based on DRV603 and it's mainly for 5V compability. Second one is based on two LME49710 Op-amps. The reconstruction filter is made of Metal film resistors controlled temp coefficientand Vishay/Dale and Polypropylene film capacitors Kemet.
